Curl Cartel features Coco-Rose and Halo-Ann, Two souls full of life, culture and spirit. They embrace their mix race lineage of Cameroonian, Vietnamese and British heritage and are Canadian's based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Both girls have been featured on various print,  film works, and are musically gifted. Their debut release of the remake IKO IKO originally by the Dixie Cups in 1965 highlight their youthful outlook of individual style, musicality and brand. Coco-Rose is a vocalist, pianist, actor and model, whilst Halo-Ann is a percussionist, vocalist, actor and model and speak, read and write in  four languages fluently: Chinese, Arabic, French and English. The curl cartel represent a future of strong, talented, spirited woke generation.
